This TwoPress 2 Layer Compression Bandage System is a two-component compression system consisting of a highly absorbent (up to 300% of its own weight), air permeable, padding bandage layer (4 inches x 7.1 yards) and auto-cohesive, elastic bandage layer (4 inches x 8.9 yards). These two layers work together in the management of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) with and without venous leg ulcers (VLU) as well as chronic edemas of other origin ​by providing sustained compression of 40 mmHg for use of up to seven days.

TwoPress® 2 is a two-component compression system; Layer one is a short stretch padding bandage, which is highly breathable with excellent padding properties and a low profile for excellent wearing comfort; Layer two is a long-stretch cohesive compression bandage that locks into the first layer and features a visural indicator, supporting correct and consistent application; TwoPress® 2 Sticks to itself, preventing the bandages from slipping down, while sustaining therapeutically relevant pressure for up to 7 days; TwoPress® 2 maybe be used on patients with an ABPI of 0.9 to 1.3
